30-day happiness guarantee

If you are not happy with your Petalia calendar, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

Damaged or missing items

If any door, bloom or piece arrives damaged or is missing, send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We replace it free. No need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

Unopened calendars in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us to start a return and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return or approving your claim. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Add-ons

Shipping Protection, the 30-Day Warranty and the Mystery Box are services tied to your order. They are refunded in full when the whole order is cancelled before it ships.
