Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by Petalia. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include the discount displayed on the page. Compare-at prices reflect the regular price of the calendar outside promotional periods. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when you receive a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if stock runs out, or if the delivery address cannot be served. In every such case you are refunded in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, insurance and returns are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Add-on services

Shipping Protection covers loss, theft and damage in transit. The 30-Day Warranty covers replacement of damaged or missing pieces for 30 days after delivery. The Mystery Box contains a surprise selection chosen by us and its contents cannot be specified or exchanged.

Promotions

Welcome offers, bundle prices and countdown offers are marketing promotions applied automatically at checkout. They cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, text and branding on this site belong to Petalia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Petalia is registered.
