Free insured shipping, everywhere
Every Petalia order ships free with tracking and full insurance, in Canada and worldwide.
Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery times
- Canada: 6 to 10 business days
- United States: 6 to 10 business days
- Everywhere else: 6 to 10 business days, occasionally longer during customs checks or peak December weeks
Order by December 1 to receive your calendar before Door 1.
Insurance
Every parcel is insured against loss, theft and damage in transit at no cost to you. If your calendar arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier at delivery and are not included in our prices.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the parcel ships.
